So I always see people posting before and durings of their face, so here is mine!
Before: 190ish
During: High 140s
Its amazing to see that my face has thinned out. I thought when I was heaveir I had a thin face, but losing weight has made me face thinner! I am hoping to get back on track with m weight loss now that I am back in school and I have fitness classes to go to! :)
I must say though, it was hard to find a before picture where you could see how chubby my face was, because I had taken a lot of the photos of myself, and the angle made my face look thinner. Also I would often delete the photos I looked bigger in.

She has amazing hair. i want.

This idea is SO AWESOME. I think we’ve all seen the original post here (credit where credit’s due!). Absolutely brilliant, 62 pounds doesn’t seem like much in this context and I’m really looking forward to popping the stones in the other jar every few weeks. It’s going to keep me so motivated :)
omg i want to do this now :3

TOP TEN FOODS THAT BURN BELLY FAT:
1. OatmealIt’s rich in fiber and the whole grain oats help keep your appetite at bay.

5.Whey ProteinRich in amino acids, whey protein helps build a lean body and helps get rid of body fat. Great for busy people.
6. BerriesNaturally full of fiber, which aids in metabolizing fat, berries are great for those that like a tasty snack.
7. Lean MeatsMeats such as fish and chicken are full of protein, and very low in carbs.
8. Whole GrainsFull of complex carbs, aka good carbs, whole grains are better than the processed stuff. Eat whole grain cereal and whole bread instead of the “white” processed junk
9. Peanut ButterMake sure it’s all-natural peanut butter, rich in protein and essential fatty acids.  Eat 1-2 tablespoons daily for better digestion. Choose organic peanut butter, the other stuff has hydrogenated oils in it, which makes your belly fat.
10.Green VeggiesDidn’t your mother always say to eat your veggies? Mother was right, veggies are packed full of fiber, our favorite ingredient for losing weight.

If you’re doing crunches, but not seeing results: It’s because you’re only doing frontal crunches (i.e. the “normal” kind), which only stretch one area of your abs. You need to stretch your sides as well: do crunches to the left, and to the right. If you’re doing 200, divide it up: 50 frontal, 50 left, 50 right, 50 frontal again.
Doing a “left” or “right” crunch means this:
Assume the normal crunch position.
Push your knees to the left for “left” crunch/to the right for “right” crunch. Your legs should be tilting towards the ground at a 45 degree angle.
“Crunch” like a regular crunch: keep your core facing forward despite the turned legs. Do not pull your stomach up towards your knees: pull forward just as you would a normal crunch.
